• Valid Passport (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Fully completed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport Photographs
• If traveling with a tour group, a letter from the tour operator confirming full payment has been received.
• If traveling individually a copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• For Minors: A copy of the Birth Certificate is required. If the minor is not traveling with both parents, a notarized letter of consent, or a copy of Death Certificate of missing parent, or copy of Court Order regarding Sole Legal Guardianship is required.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Tanzania Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Valid Passport (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Fully completed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Tanzania
The letter must explain all of the following:
-The Purpose of Travel
- Business reference to be visited in Tanzania
-Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Tanzania
-Return transportation to the U.S.A
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
