• Visa is required
• Submit your U.S. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity and one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera is recommended by the Embassy
• Letter of invitation from Sierra Leone host
• Completed Cover Letter
Sierra Leone Business Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and have one blank visa page
• 1 Fully Completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera is recommended by the Embassy
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or travel itinerary
• A business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Sierra Leone, Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
• Nature of business to be performed
• Name and address of reference to be visited
• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
• Letter of invitation from company to be visited in Sierra Leone Completed Cover Letter

Note: An additional $50.00 Consular Fee is charged for Ultra Rush Processing
British Citizens - $137.00 Per Visa (Six Months Mutiple Entry)
British Citizens - $431.00 Per Visa (One Year Mutiple Entry)
Canadian Citizens - $75.00 Per Visa (Six Months Multiple Entry)
Canadian Citizens - $150.00 Per Visa (One Year Multiple Entry)
Citizens of Other Countries - $40.00 Per Visa (Six Months Multiple Entry)
Citizens of Other Countries - $80.00 Per Visa (One Year Multiple Entry)
The Consular fee is only payable by money orders or cashier checks (which Ambassador Passport can purchase on your behalf)
