Romania Visa

• No Visa required for US Citizens for stay up to 90 days.
• U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• No Vaccination is required

Visa Requirements For Non-U.S Citizens to obtain a Business Visa to Romania:

• Submit Valid, signed passport, must have at least 6 months validity beyond the stay
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport Photograph
• Photocopy of Alien registration Card (Green Card), or valid U.S. Visa
• Photocopy of round- trip ticket or travel itinerary
• A business letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your Company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Romania, Visa Section, Los Angeles

The letter must state all of the following:

• Nature of business to be performed
• Business reference in Romania to be visited
• Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• Proof of medical insurance valid in Romania for the duration of the visit
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
