• Valid Passport, (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Fully completed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photograph
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation. If staying with friends or family an invitation letter from host, and copy of Kenyan ID or passport is required
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Kenya Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Valid Passport, (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Fully completed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photograph
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation.
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Kenya, Visa Section, Washington D.C. The letter must explain all of the following:
-The Purpose of Travel
-Business reference to be visited in Kenya
-Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Kenya
-Return transportation to the U.S.A The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days

Regular Processing - 7 to 10 Business Days - $70.00
Rush Processing - 4 to 5 Business Days - $90.00
Multiple Entry (Valid up to 90 Days):
Regular Processing - 7 to 10 Business Days - $100.00
Rush Processing - 4 to 5 Business Days - $120.00
Please note: Currently, due to Covid restrictions, Immigration of Kenya is not issuing multiple entry visas.

Consular fees are only payable by money order (which Ambassador can purchase on your behalf)
