Japan Visa

For applicants requiring visas: 
• Submit your valid signed passport.
• One fully completed and signed visa application form.
• Two Passport photographs

• A invitation letter from the host company in Japan.  The Letter should be written on the letterhead of the company and should have the name and passport number of the applicant. The letter should include the purpose of entry in detail to explain activities planned in Japan. Describe specific activities, instead of simply saying "attending business meetings". 

A business letter of responsibility written on the US company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Japan, signed by a company manager or higher. The letter must describe the following: (1) Company name, (2) Company address and phone number, (3) Applicant’s name, Title and Position, (4) Length of employment, (5) Detailed Purpose of visit, (6) Length of stay in Japan, (7) Guaranteeing financial responsibility for expenses incurred during the trip.- Nature of business to be performed

• Round trip flight itinerary.
• Copy of hotel reservation.
• Proof of current address such as Driver License or Utility Bill.
• Copy of Covid-19 Vaccination Card
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or Valid U.S. Visa is also required.

For Multiple Entry Visas Only: CERTIFIED CORPORATION REGISTRATION (Hojin-Tokibo-Tohon: 法人登記簿謄本) issued within 3 months or COPY of “Kaisha-Shiki-Ho (会社四季報) - the latest edition of a quarterly corporate report for a company listed on the stock exchange or CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT (Zaishoku-Shomei-Sho：在職 証明書) from A COMPANY/INDIVIDUAL IN JAPAN: An inviting organization is a corporate body, an organization, a state or a local government.
