• Proof of U.S. Citizenship Required
• Passport required of naturalized U.S. Citizens
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• No visa required for stay up to six months
• No Vaccination is required Usually Acceptable Proofs of U.S. Citizenship:
• Valid U.S. Passport -OR-
• One of the following items carried together with an Official Photo ID: (Photo ID not applicable for minors up to 16 years of age)
• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
• U.S. Passport which has expired for no more than 12 months
• Certificate of Citizenship
• Certificate of Naturalization is not accepted following 9/11/2001. U.S. Passport must be presented.
• Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen

• 1 Fully Completed visa Application Form
• 1 Passport Photograph
• Copy of U.S. Visa ( Student Visa , H1 Visa, etc.)
• Copy of travel itinerary
• Completed Cover Letter
