Please: Regardless of current nationality, all visa applicants born in Cuba must apply with the Cuban embassy or consulate directly. Ambssador Passport and Visa Services cannot be of any assistance in this regards.
Cuba Tourist Visa
The Tourist Visa or Tourist Card is only for purposes of tourism to Cuba. It is valid for one single entrance into national territory for a 30-day trip and can be extended for an additional 30 days at the office in the hotel where one has accommodations or with the immigration authority.

• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs (2' x 2' with white background)
• Copy of airline tickets or flight itinerary
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Cuba Business Visa
• Visa is Required
• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form
Processing Instructions
• 2 Passport photographs (2' x 2' with white background)
• Copy of airline tickets or flight itinerary
• A business Letter from company in USA, stating the purpose of your visit is required

Tourist or Business Consular Fees - $70
Consular fees are only payable by Money Order or Cashier's Check (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
Regular Processing - 6 to 7 Business Days - $ 140.00
Rush Processing - 4 to 5 Business Days - $160.00
Ultra Rush - 2 to 3 Business Days - $180.00
Note: There is a 5% charge for all government and consular fees paid by credit or debit cards.
There is a charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders
