Azerbaijan Notes
The Azerbaijan tourist or business visa is usually issued for a single entry for a period of 2 months from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid.
Azerbaijan Tourist Visa
• Visa Required
• U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport
• 1 fully completed and signed visa application form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Tourist voucher from hotel in Azerbaijan that lists the hotel confirmation number
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Azerbaijan Business Visa
• Visa Required
• U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport
• 1 fully completed and signed visa application form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Invitation letter from Host Company or Organization in Azerbaijan, authorized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If an invitation is not sent through Consular Department of the MFA, travelers should submit an invitation received by fax directly from a host company or organization in Azerbaijan and a letter of request from the employer
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

The consular Fee is only payable by Money Order or Cashier check (which Ambassador Passport can obtain on your behalf).
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
Regular Processing – 2 Weeks $105.00
Rush Processing – 4 to 5 Business Days $135.00
Ultra Rush Processing – 2 to 3 Business Days $160.00
There is a $20.00 charge to obtain Money orders
Note: There is a 5% charge for all government and consular fees paid by credit or debit cards.
